I wanted to get into meditation for quite some time now. You read so much about the benefits of meditation can have on your life, but I wasn’t able to commit to it on a regular basis.
I guess most of you know the feeling: there is always something better to do. Check Facebook, Twitter or fooling around on your smartphone.
So the new year gave me a good opportunity to start over again. This time more publicly, which will hopefully help me to be more motivated to meditation for the next 30 days!
Take a notebook with you
Ideas come and go quickly. So you better carry around a notebook or an app to hold on to your ideas.
Just take a quick note as you have an idea and what it was all about. You still can come back to it later and sketch it out more detailed.
What I have noticed for me: once I start writing down an idea more and more ideas and modifications of those ideas...
First and foremost this blog post is a reminder for myself: Wouldn’t it be perfect to become/get something you have ever wanted in this very moment?
Since the humans tend to be lazy (and I am not an exception to that rule) thoughts like
“I want […] now”
“That’s not how I expected it to be…”
